With the vigorous development of global economy and trade,bulk cargoes are increasingly relying on ocean ships with the highest transportation efficiency.As the port is a transit station for ships’ ocean transportation,the docking of ships will further deepen the air pollution of the port environment.Shore power technology has emerged and developed rapidly,and the monitoring needs of port shore power operations have continued to expand.This paper is based on the construction of port shore power in the Inner River Basin as a practical background,aiming at the transmission of heterogeneous data in shore power monitoring,in order to ensure that under the condition of limited port network communication resources.The theories and technologies related to the efficient and safe transmission of shore power heterogeneous data are deeply analyzed,aiming at improving the transmission rate and security of heterogeneous data.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1)Analyzing the framework of the shore power monitoring system in the inland river basin,analyzing the monitoring function requirements and monitoring data under the monitoring framework,and constructing the concept object of shore power heterogeneous data according to various types and data sources of shore power monitoring data.The problems existing in the actual shore power monitoring and transmission are analyzed and researched,and the solution to the low bandwidth transmission rate and safe transmission of heterogeneous data is found.(2)For the low-bandwidth transmission scenario of heterogeneous data,analyze the main factors affecting the transmission rate of heterogeneous data,and obtain a solution that needs to compress and encode the video of shore TV,and select H.265 video coding standard for video compression on shore TV video,and according to the characteristics of the shore TV video and the insufficiency in the coding framework.A rate control algorithm that improves the bit allocation of the GOP layer is proposed to save the transmission bandwidth,properly improve the picture frame quality,reduce the video coding transmission bits,and ensure the low-bandwidth transmission requirements of shore TV video data.(3)According to the existence of relatively private shore power information data in heterogeneous data,security encryption measures need to be taken to strengthen the security protection of onshore power heterogeneous data.An improved key expansion encryption algorithm based on AES is proposed to solve the correlation of round keys in the encryption process.High problem,improve the security capability of encryption algorithm.According to the defects of shore power heterogeneous data and symmetric encryption,a hybrid encryption scheme of asymmetric encryption algorithm and improved AES encryption algorithm is adopted to further improve the security performance of heterogeneous data transmission.(4)The performance test of the relevant algorithms for efficient and secure transmission of heterogeneous data is carried out to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed improved algorithm,and to ensure efficient and secure data transmission of heterogeneous data under the condition of low bandwidth transmission.
