Research On Improvement Of Training Mode Of Engineering Talents In Universities With Industry Characteristics

Relying on the development of the industry,industry characteristic universities have distinct industry attributes in their discipline construction,teaching platform,teaching staff and other aspects,and have important conditions to collect various resources of the industry.The development of the times requires the timely innovation of the training content of engineering talents and close to the development context of the industrial industry.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the training of engineering talents in industry characteristic universities.At the same time,the industry characteristics of service oriented and direction of running,providing various engineering for its talent training,the forefront of industry resources and platform,full use of this advantage not only laid the Industry characteristic universities’ strategic position,the most important is to promote the development of engineering talents cultivation,therefore,combining with the development trend of Industry characteristic universities master its development of uniqueness,This paper studies and discusses the problems related to the training mode of engineering talents in industry characteristic universities.Based on the industry characteristic universities and the characteristics of higher engineering talent training mode,this paper theoretically divides the connotation and constituent dimensions of engineering talent training in industry characteristic universities.Based on this theoretical framework,through questionnaire and interview method of combining the characteristic of college engineering personnel training mode of industry problem and cause of revealing,through case law characteristic of domestic industry in the aspect of engineering talents cultivation in Industry characteristic universities of two universities-Harbin Institute of Technology and Nanjing University of Science and Technology personnel training experience was summarized,based on this,Suggestions on improving the training mode of engineering talents based on industry characteristic universities are put forward.This paper puts forward that the industry characteristic universities are mainly the discipline layout rooted in the characteristics of the industry,the cultivation of professional talents according to the needs of the industry,and the organizational culture with industry attributes.Based on industry characteristic universities and the connotation of engineering talents training mode,the dimension of engineering talents training mode of universities with industry characteristics is divided into four dimensions: training subject,training resource,training mode and system setting.After actual survey found industry characteristic university engineering training mode is inadequate interaction between training subjects,training resources,single cultivating mode,organization system is not sound and so on,the cause of these problems are mainly cultivate concept is not clear,the lack of university and industry collaboration mechanism,the restriction of traditional disciplines development logic.The experience of the case university lies in its commitment to constructing the in-depth interaction mode of multiple subjects,exploring the flexible training mode,the effective use of industry resources,and the construction of all-round guarantee mechanism.On this basis,this paper argues that industry characteristic improvement engineering talent training pattern in colleges and universities must be based on industry background and advantages,by building the interactive relations,camp and plural coordination level more resources,explore ways to all-round engineering talents training mode,and flexible cultivation mechanism,teaching quality guarantee mechanism,coordinated development mechanism as the guarantee,So as to promote the rapid innovation of the training mode of engineering talents in industry characteristic universities.
