The flatness error of the drive plate of the electromagnetic clutch of the automobile air conditioner is an important criterion for checking whether the electromagnetic clutch of the automobile air conditioner is qualified.Whether the suction surface of the drive plate is flat or not will affect the working efficiency of the entire electromagnetic clutch.At present,the quality inspection process of most factories still uses the manual metering inspection method.This inspection method has problems such as low efficiency,non-compliance with national standards,and high labor costs.Therefore,designing a system that can automatically detect the flatness error of the electromagnetic clutch drive plate of an automobile air conditioner is of great significance for manufacturers to improve production quality and production efficiency.According to the technical requirements given by the manufacturer,this subject has developed and designed a flatness detection system that can meet the requirements of different types of automotive air-conditioning electromagnetic clutch drive discs.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the technical requirements given by the manufacturer,various detection schemes for flatness errors are analyzed,and a flatness detection scheme for electromagnetic clutch drive discs of various types is designed,which can be extracted efficiently and quickly.The characteristic data of the adsorption surface of the electromagnetic clutch drive plate was obtained,the mechanical structure scheme of the device was independently designed,and the physical construction was completed,including a high-precision electric lifting platform device,a three-way synchronous sliding table device and a measuring platform.(2)Design the control system of the detection device,complete the selection of electrical components required by the detection device,as well as the selection and programming of the human-computer interaction system.Determine the operation process of the control system,write a PLC-based motion control program,and form a complete electrical control system.(3)According to the application of the minimum area method in the flatness,the QT software is used to design a partition discrimination algorithm for the flatness error of the drive disc.Using this algorithm to run on the host computer greatly improves the detection efficiency and realizes the drive of the electromagnetic clutch.Disc error detection and automatic discrimination.(4)Design and assemble the test prototype of the flatness detection system of the electromagnetic clutch drive plate of the automobile air conditioner,implement the single-point and multi-point repeated positioning error test for the detection system,and calculate the system error,and obtain the detection system.The measurement accuracy is 10μm,the measurement uncertainty is 5.8μm,and the detection efficiency is about 3 times higher than that of manual work,which verifies the reliability of the flatness detection system of the electromagnetic clutch drive plate of the automobile air conditioner. |
