| The aging of the world today is becoming a topic of widespread concern and discussion.At present,China’s population aging is showing a trend of total expansion and incremental acceleration.The degree of urban aging is deepening,especially the particularity and complexity of mountainous cities.The problem of the sharp decline in friendliness of the old residential areas with the age of the occupants has become prominent.Therefore,the demand for aging-adaptive renewal of the outdoor environment of the old residential areas in mountainous cities is becoming stronger and stronger.This study mainly selects the external environment of old mountainous residential areas in Nanming District,Guiyang City as the research object,conducts on-the-spot investigations through PSPL method,affinity graph method,etc.to determine the update focus and research direction,combined with Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods,Construct an evaluation system for the aging of the environment outside the old residential areas of mountainous cities,conduct research on the current situation of the aging of the environment outside the old residential areas of mountainous cities,formulate renewal strategies,and verify and adjust them in practice.Design strategies for aging-adaptive renewal of the external environment of old mountainous residential areas in the city.This article is mainly divided into three parts,a total of seven chapters.The first part is the introduction,related theories and case analysis.According to the comprehensive overview of the aging-adaptive renewal research on the external environment of old mountainous residential areas at home and abroad,the main research content,objects and methods of this paper are proposed,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified,and the technical route is sorted out.It also studies related theories and cases to provide theoretical support for the design strategy in the following text.The second part is field research,construction of evaluation model and result analysis.Firstly,based on the PSPL method,research and analysis of public space and public life are carried out on the current situation of the research objects suitable for aging;secondly,on the basis of the survey results,combined with relevant theories and expert opinions,the evaluation indicators are screened and adjusted,and the old residential buildings in mountainous cities are constructed.Aging evaluation system for outside environment;finally,evaluate and analyze the results of the above-mentioned surveyed residential areas,and conclude that the richness of spatial functions,spatial diversity of fragments,standardization of green plant scales and traffic safety are the factors that affect the aging of mountainous areas.An important factor for aging in the environment outside the residential area.The third part is to put forward the corresponding update strategy and practical application based on the evaluation results.Based on the above evaluation results and analysis,the corresponding update strategy is proposed from the aspects of residential environment composite function,environmental quality adjustment and travel safety,etc.,aiming at the current situation of Guanshui residential area Problems and characteristics Apply the renewal strategy to design practice,summarize and evaluate the practice process,and verify that the strategy has good feasibility and practicability in the aging-adapted renewal of the old residential area in mountainous cities,in order to complete the theoretical The whole process from research to practical application. |
