In recent years,the world is experiencing major changes that have not been seen in a century because the COVID-19 is raging,the trade war continues and the Russian-Uzbekistan dispute.Weapons and equipment have become a part of the national hard power.With the sustainable development of our weapons and equipment,the military industry has received more and more attention,and the order quantity of military products has also increased significantly.QY Company has been engaged in the research and development of military scientific research projects,In recent years,it has developed rapidly in the industry.But at the same time of development,in the case of multiple tasks,large difficulties and wide scope of scientific research projects,there are also risks such as long development cycle,uncertain cost,and difference between development effect and expectation.In the face of the market that encourages competition,this paper hopes to discuss the risk management system of scientific research projects of QY Company.Through optimizing the risk management system,we can improve the success rate of the company’s projects and the management level of technology R&D.This paper takes the scientific research project risk management system of QY Company as the research object,through literature search,brainstorming and other forms,we understand the current situation and main problems of QY’s scientific research project risk management system,and analyze the main causes of the problems by using expert investigation and FEMA method,find out the system optimization scheme,and implement the scheme for specific projects to verify the feasibility of the measures.Based on the relevant theories of project risk management,this paper analyzes the problems such as nonstandard risk management process and single risk management element of QY Company’s scientific research project risk management system,proposes a scientific research project risk management system model suitable for QY Company based on Hall three-dimensional structure improvement,at the same time,puts forward effective safeguard measures from the system.According to the analysis of this study,in order to improve the scientific research technology management level of the company,we must optimize the existing scientific research project risk management system,standardize the risk management process,formulate risk response measures for different risks,and establish a risk evaluation system to improve the project risk early warning level.
