In recent years,with the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,China’s real economy has developed rapidly,of which the automobile industry is the strategic support for the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" plan and an important carrier to promote the rejuvenation of national industry.At the same time,a series of new technologies such as information and communication,new energy,and new materials have accelerated the integration with the automotive industry,and the transformation and upgrading of traditional vehicles into new energy vehicles and intelligent networked vehicles has provided an opportunity for China’s automotive industry to achieve curve overtaking in the global competition.Since the start of construction of Company A’s new energy vehicle industrial park project,due to many factors such as the unreasonable preparation of Company A’s schedule and lack of process control,Company A has lagged behind the original target construction period in terms of construction schedule.In order to complete the task of the first vehicle off the production line and put into production as soon as possible,Company A urgently needs to carry out scientific and reasonable progress management research on the remaining construction tasks of the project to guide the subsequent actual construction work and ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the established construction period objectives.In summary,this paper takes the research on the progress management of the new energy vehicle industrial park project of Company A as the theme,and first analyzes the progress management status of the new energy vehicle industrial park project of Company A through expert evaluation and field investigation,and finds out the progress management problems in the early stage management process.Secondly,WBS is used to decompose the work of the project,estimate the working time,determine the logical order,draw the network diagram and find out the key lines,and conduct key analysis for the work on the key lines,so that it can achieve the optimal solution of the schedule through the adjustment of logical relationships and the allocation of construction resources as much as possible.At the same time,through the establishment of organizational structure,dynamic control of progress objectives,strengthening quality control and other ways and methods,the existing progress management problems are solved.Finally,organizational,technical,quality,resource and other safeguard measures are taken to ensure that the project can be implemented smoothly according to the schedule requirements.By using scientific project schedule management methods,this paper can effectively solve the problems existing in the project schedule management process of Company A,enrich Company A’s schedule management experience and accumulate professional talents.At the same time,it plays a good reference role in the progress management research of similar construction projects.
