Since the 21 st century,the concept of "green environmental protection" has been prevalent worldwide.In urban construction,the conflict between economic development,environmental pollution,and non-renewable energy has become increasingly prominent.Thus,a reasonable solution needs to be found as soon as possible.Throughout the world,green development has already become the theme of development in various countries around the world.At present,the emerging new energy automobile industry has played a significant role in promoting China’s GDP growth and economic transformation.To further improve the professional management and service level of charging piles,Company G actively participates in the construction of charging for electricity market in accordance with the principle of “opening the market and acting actively” to push forward the company’s development of charging for electricity business.Firstly,this paper analyzes the charging pile industry’s current status from a macro perspective such as national policies and social environment.With the help of questionnaires,and by utilizing the SWOT analysis,Company G’s current service status of the charging pile business is analyzed through the aspects of its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Due to the dogmatic working style of the customer service staff in Company G,the lack of sincere and timely communication in handling customer complaints has caused customers’ misunderstandings and dissatisfaction with this company.Since after-sales maintenance personnel has been given inadequate professional technical training,it leads to greatly extended maintenance time.Also,the phenomenon of shirking responsibilities and coping with things indifferently exists,resulting in lower customer satisfaction.Due to Company G’s unreasonable site selection of the charging piles,the gap in the utilization rate of charging piles in different regions is too substantial.The data update of the client charging piles is lagging,which makes it more difficult for car owners to find charging piles.Company G does insufficient work in supervising and maintaining the charging piles regularly,which results in serious artificial damage and high equipment failure rate.The single function of mobile phone clients and too few types of value-added services on charging piles profoundly affect the customer’s decision-making.Through the analysis and summary,it is found that Company G possesses relatively more strengths and opportunities currently.Nevertheless,its weaknesses and external threats should be considered seriously as well.Based on the aforementioned analysis,combined with the management knowledge learned,the corresponding countermeasures are presented to solve the service issues existing in Company G’s charging pile business.First,establish a good service concept to improve customer satisfaction;set up a customer service assessment system and enhance return visit tracking management;form a professional maintenance team to ensure high-level maintenance service;establish a robust electricity consumption management system;upgrade intelligent identification technology and improve the monitoring system.Keep in touch with relevant government planning departments to offer reasonable suggestions for the site selection of charging piles;upgrade and alter existing parking lots and transfer the long-time idle charging piles;try out an orderly electricity consumption strategy,encourage staggered charging to increase utilization rate,create an information and data sharing platform to achieve interconnection;continue to iteratively update the charging APP.Cooperate with auto organizations to launch one-stop services;carry out promotional activities such as presale rebates.
