| With the emergence of digital technology and the continuous integration of digital technology and the real economy,the digital economy has become a new economic model.Digital transformation is an innovative process made by traditional industries in the face of the background and challenges of the new era.Secondly,in terms of enterprise performance,the connotation of performance and the selection of evaluation indicators are also constantly expanded and enriched.In terms of the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise performance,most of the current research focuses on the impact of digital transformation on the path,output efficiency and business model of enterprises,and less on the performance of manufacturing enterprises.Whether digital transformation can affect enterprise performance,how it will affect it,and what path it will take.Existing literature has studied the impact of digital R&D and production,digital internal control,and digital business model on enterprise performance,but there are few case studies of representative enterprises.At the same time,the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance at all levels is even less in combination with the balanced scorecard,It is worth further research and exploration.Therefore,this thesis will analyze the change of Haier Zhijia’s enterprise performance related indicators based on the transformation process and performance of Haier Zhijia,a leading enterprise in digital transformation,taking into account the horizontal and vertical comparison.Based on the enterprise development performance,operation performance and market performance,combined with the relevant levels and indicators of the balanced scorecard,from the perspective of R&D and production digitalization The mechanism and path of the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance are discussed in depth from three aspects of internal control digitalization and business model digitalization.This study found that,from the perspective of empowerment,the digitalization of R&D and production,internal control and business model has a positive impact on the development ability,internal operation ability and market maintenance ability of enterprises,thus improving the development performance,operation performance and market performance of enterprises.Based on the above results,this thesis puts forward suggestions for Haier smart home and home appliance industry respectively.For Haier Smart Home,it is necessary to master relevant information and data at all times according to the constant changes of the outside world,and then optimize the relevant internal processes and strategies of the enterprise in real time,so as to maintain its advantages in the fierce competition.For the household appliance industry,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the digital strategic management,accelerate the pace of digital transformation,adhere to the innovation-driven,and constantly promote the high-quality development of enterprises. |
