| After Industry 4.0,a new phase has begun in the global digital economy.And it has a great influence on the traditional manufacturing industry.To meet the new challenges,adapt to the development of the digital economy and embark on a longer-term path,Yutong Bus,a leading bus manufacturing company in the automotive industry,has achieved digital transformation while safeguarding the development of corporate performance.Yutong Bus has been laying out its digital transformation since 2010,driving the transformation of its business model into a digital prototype from 2015 to 2017,and has achieved digital transformation results from2017 to the present.This paper takes the digital transformation of Yutong Bus as an example explains the impact of digital transformation on performance and the importance of digital transformation,analyses the non-financial performance indicators of Yutong Bus at the learning and growth level,the internal business process level,and the customer level,and conducts a horizontal and vertical comparison of the financial performance indicators of Yutong Bus before and after the digital transformation.This will be used to examine how the digital transformation of Yutong Bus affects corporate performance and how digital transformation affects the company’s performance by influencing the business model,the value chain and the company’s technological innovation capabilities,ultimately leading to conclusions.Through Yutong Bus,this paper finds that Yutong Bus digital transformation has a large impact on corporate performance and can effectively contribute to the growth of corporate performance and corporate rejuvenation,with its three digital transformation paths playing a crucial role.First,the digital transformation paths of Yutong Bus are described,namely "driving technological innovation to improve corporate performance",reshaping the value chain to drive corporate performance and "driving business model transformation to improve corporate.The workshop will be held in the hope that this will provide a reference for enterprises in the automotive industry.Secondly,a longitudinal comparison of the six consecutive years of financial and horizontal changes in Yutong Bus’ s digitally transformed enterprises and the industry averages of Zhong tong Bus,Jinlong Bus,FAW Jiefang and the industry,reveals that Yutong Bus’ s digital transformation can effectively stabilize its operating capacity,profitability,and solvency,as well as maintain good customer relationships at home and abroad,thus contributing to the improvement of its performance.Based on this,this paper provides lessons for the subsequent development of Yutong Bus’ s digitalization and the digital transformation of the automotive industry.It is important to adhere to the principle of pragmatism,develop corporate development strategies based on the actual situation of the company,and strive to promote the digital transformation of the enterprise;at the same time,drive technological innovation to enhance the digital transformation of the enterprise,and use digitalization to better improve the efficiency of corporate innovation performance and reduce unnecessary expenditure;enhance the digital transformation awareness of all employees,including the digital awareness of researchers,to better promote the digital transformation of the enterprise and empower the enterprise Value. |
