Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of China’s market economy,the development of information technology has also changed with each passing day.In the context of continuous innovation in the economic environment,new requirements have been put forward for the development of China’s enterprise financial management model.If an enterprise wants to survive in the increasingly competitive environment,it must innovate its management model,especially for large group enterprises and large multinational enterprises.With the continuous expansion of its business scope and deepening of its organizational structure,the multi-level and multi-regional business model has increasingly higher requirements for financial accounting,which is promoting the reform of the financial management model of Chinese enterprises.Financial sharing service is a financial management mode based on digital information system.It uses IT technology to integrate a large number of repetitive and simple work of group enterprises and redistribute human resources.It can be said that it is the main direction of the current reform and development of financial management of large enterprises.Financial sharing services were initially proposed by General Motors of the United States.Each country has its own application methods in practical development.Chinese enterprises also need to carry out localization reform in combination with business development in actual construction.Under this background,this thesis takes C Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and studies the construction and application of its financial sharing through literature research,field survey and case study.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the previous research results on the construction and development of financial sharing,expounds the concepts of financial management model,shared services,financial sharing,flat management,economies of scale,and integration of industry and finance,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study;Then,this thesis describes the enterprise profile of the research object C Group,excavates the deep-seated problems existing in the financial management work of C Group,and finds out the necessity of implementing the financial sharing service reform of C Group and the problems that can be solved through the investigation and research of C Group;Secondly,it puts forward suggestions on how to carry out the reform and development of Group C’s financial shared services,and through specific functional planning,process reengineering and digital system construction,so as to achieve the reform of its financial management model and achieve the goal of integration of industry and finance;Finally,it analyzes the actual effect of the construction of the financial sharing service center of Group C,discusses the effect of the research results of this thesis,and what measures should be taken to ensure the realization of the research results of this thesis.Through the research in this thesis,it is found that the construction and reform of C Group’s financial sharing service can effectively solve its disadvantages under the decentralized financial management mode,and provide a reference for Chinese enterprises to apply the financial sharing theory into practice and build a financial sharing service center.
