A Case Study On The Integration Of Industry And Finance Under The Mode Of Financial Sharing

Combined with the current new normal of economic development.the overall growth rate of China’s economy has fallen back and shifted from a stage of high growth to a stage of high-quality development.Therefore,how to improve the quality of enterprises and optimize the structure of enterprises is an important topic of enterprise development.Under the wave of digital economy,enterprises are transforming through information technology,but also facing more challenges in the process of development.If enterprises want to survive in the fierce competition environment,they are bound to innovate the original mode.From the financial point of view,it is more necessary to combine its special role,from the original traditional mode of single accounting to provide reference for management,participate in the management of the enterprise management mode,the corresponding concept of the integration of industry and finance is also ready to emerge.More and more attention has been paid to the integration of industry and finance.At this time,three questions will emerge:1)what is the combination of industry and finance?Why business and finance need to be integrated?What is the mode of integrating industry and finance?2)On the basis of financial sharing,what is the combination of business and finance?What is the combination of financial sharing and business and finance?Why do they overlap?What are the advantages of the combination of business and Finance on the basis of Financial Sharing?3)Under the premise of "taking financial sharing as the core",how can enterprises promote the integration of "industry finance" and what should be paid attention to in the operation of "Financial Sharing"?This paper is based on the above issues.First of all,on the premise of combing the relevant theories of industry finance integration,the basic principles,main contents and implementation methods of industry finance integration are clarified.Secondly,from the perspective of financial sharing,this paper expounds that the financial sharing mode can provide the basis for the integration of industry and finance,and discusses the characteristics and methods of the integration of industry and finance under the financial sharing mode.Finally,this paper takes X Group,a case company,as the guide of its financial sharing process,and discusses its industry-finance integration under the mode of financial sharing by means of questionnaire analysis.Through the questionnaire,it can be found that X Group currently has problems such as imperfect business process,insufficient budget support for industry-finance integration,and weak initiative of departments to participate in integration.Combined with the analysis of the problem,the optimization process is proposed to promote the reform of budget work and strengthen the integration of industry and finance and other improvement measures.Through the research on the financial integration of X Group in the financial sharing mode,this paper can provide reference for enterprises in the financial sharing mode,help them to actively promote the development of financial sharing mode by combining their own characteristics and the perspective of financial integration.Meanwhile,the corresponding research in this paper can also supplement the related research on financial sharing.Then enrich our country’s financial sharing environment under the financial integration related research.
