| When enterprises design new products,they often refer to the original product structure and parameters to design products that meet the requirements of the new design.However,modifying product structure and parameters in traditional product design and modeling mean re-designing and re-calculating the product,as well as remodeling it.This will undoubtedly cost enterprises a lot of manpower,and time,not conducive to the improvement of enterprise product production efficiency.Variation design is a design method to obtain new products by modifying parameters and configurations on the premise that the original product structure and function are unchanged.Variation design of products can effectively improve the reuse efficiency of product structure and parameters,to improve the efficiency of product design.Therefore,to improve the design efficiency of automobile transmission and shorten the production cycle of its products,it is necessary to study the various design of automobile transmission.At present,there is a lack of variation design research on automobile transmission at home and abroad,and because of its complex structure and various characteristics,there are some problems such as difficult variation,the versatility of variation,and weak stability of variation.Therefore,to improve the design efficiency of automobile transmission,realize the rapid variation of automobile transmission,and improve the versatility and stability of the variation,this paper studies the rapid variation methods of automobile transmission and expounds a set of rapid variation methods of automobile transmission based on feature modularization.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper studied the feature module division of automotive transmission and proposed a new feature module division method of automotive transmission based on the Fast Unfolding algorithm.This method not only realizes the module division of multifeature complex structure of automotive transmission but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of module division.The main research work is as follows:(1)The construction of the feature decomposition tree of automobile transmission is studied.The feature decomposition tree of the gearbox is constructed by feature simplification,feature set reconstruction,and feature decomposition,and the specific feature information of the gearbox is obtained.(2)The correlation between the features of automobile transmission is analyzed,and the feature correlation criterion is given and quantified,which lays a foundation for the construction of the feature similarity matrix table.(3)The feasibility of the Fast Unfolding algorithm being applied to the gearbox feature module division is analyzed and the specific realization method and steps for automotive gearbox feature clustering based on the unfolding algorithm are presented.(4)Combined with a gearbox example,the feature module division method is demonstrated,which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.(2)The parametric variation of automobile transmission is studied,and an analysis and construction method of the parametric variation template of automobile transmission based on the feature module sketch is proposed.This method not only successfully realized the parametric variation of the automobile transmission,but also improved the analysis and construction efficiency of the parametric variation template of the automobile transmission,and improved the universality of the various template and the intuitiveness of the variation mechanism.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the partition results of feature modules,the parameters,and constraints in the simplified sketch of the feature structure inside and outside each module are analyzed and expressed,and the sketch of the feature module is constructed.(2)Based on the full-parameter sketch of the feature modules,the variation parameter types and the variation parameter function correlation of the internal and external features of each module were analyzed,and the part variation parameter specification and parameter transfer diagram were constructed,which laid the foundation for the construction of the template.(3)Based on the characteristic module sketch and variation parameter list constructed by analysis,the concrete construction and implementation of the parametric variation template were discussed,and the technical basis and modeling ideas of the modeling software were analyzed.The methods and steps of the concrete construction and implementation of the template were demonstrated combined with the transmission example.(3)The construction of a rapid variation system of automobile transmission is studied,and a method of the rapid variation system construction of automobile transmission is proposed based on variation parameter constraints.This method not only successfully realizes the rapid variation of automobile transmission,but also enhances the operational interaction,versatility,and stability of automobile transmission variation.The main research work is as follows:(1)The variation range of the various parameters of the automobile transmission is analyzed,and the constraint range of the various parameters is given by analyzing the causes of the variation failure,to improve the stability of the variation.(2)Based on the secondary developer technology,the construction of the transmission rapid variation system is studied,and the specific realization problems such as how to choose the development mode,how to build the development environment,what the development process steps are being discussed,and the corresponding methods and steps are given.(3)The algorithm flow of the parametric variant system to be built is studied,the main algorithm flow of the system is designed,and the method steps are given.(4)The API functions in the secondary development are studied,the API functions mainly used in this development are described,and the algorithm flow of parameter change is designed through these functions.(5)Combined with an example of an automobile gearbox,the whole method was demonstrated,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified.Based on the C++ language,the system was programmed and the debugger and the corresponding system functions were realized.(4)A case study of the proposed method is carried out,and the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method are verified by another case study of an automobile transmission.The main research work is as follows:(1)Precise module division of features based on the Fast Unfolding algorithm for the gearbox is unfolding.By obtaining various features of the gearbox and clustering according to correlation criteria based on the algorithm.The results show that this method is effective and reliable,and can quickly obtain module division schemes with good partition effect.And the division is the division between each feature,with high accuracy.(2)The parametric variant template based on the characteristic module sketch is analyzed and constructed for the gearbox.The variant template is constructed conveniently and efficiently by the constructed characteristic module sketch and parameter list.The results show that the method is effective and reliable,and the analysis and construction efficiency of the template are improved based on the sketch.Improve the versatility of the template.(3)A rapid variation design system based on variation parameter constraints was built for the transmission.By combining variation parameter constraints with secondary development technology,the system was developed and its functions were demonstrated.The demonstration results showed that the method provided a friendly interactive interface,the interaction was simple and easy to understand,and the variation stability and versatility were effectively improved. |
