| The rapid development of cities has improved the material conditions of residents,but it has also brought many negative impacts,such as environmental pollution,reduced green space,excessive living pressure,and many other reasons,leading to extremely severe human sub health problems.Under the influence of the healthy Chinese social background,sub health issues have attracted much attention,and people have begun to have higher aspirations for the ecological environment.This study aims to improve and alleviate people’s sub health status by exploring the healing properties of landscapes,in order to promote human health.Firstly,through literature research,it is clear that the natural environment has a positive impact on human health.Healing landscapes have great potential for promoting human health by utilizing natural elements to have a positive impact on the human body.Secondly,explain the characteristics and needs of sub healthy groups in different states,analyze the connotation of healing landscapes and the meaning of relevant theories,and define that the healing landscapes studied in this article are set up in urban public green spaces that face a wider range of people.Finally,based on experience summary from excellent cases both domestically and internationally,it is concluded that the healing landscape from the perspective of sub health groups should be designed based on principles of health,functionality,safety,and ecology.Design strategies should be proposed from four aspects: plant healing,five senses healing,sports healing,and intelligent healing.Based on the above concept definition and theoretical research,combine theory with practice to design and practice the park next to Zhizhi Road in Xinxiang City.Firstly,by conducting on-site research to clarify the location conditions and resource status of the site,a questionnaire survey method is used to obtain the health status of the population and the direction of demand for the healing landscape.Secondly,extract regional cultural elements from Xinxiang City as a design concept for overall design.The final design result includes multiple contents such as overall planning,zoning design,and special design,aiming to build an urban park that promotes physical and mental health,and provide reference and reference for the creation of future healing landscapes. |
