| The wagon dumper is a kind of railway special mechanical equipment for efficiently unloading bulk cargoes such as coal and ore.It is widely used in ports,steel plants,and power plants.With the rapid development of my country’s industry,the coal transportation volume in the port has been increasing,and the single unloading capacity and rated load of the dumper have increased significantly.The car-relying mechanism is the core structure of the car-dumper equipment.The side pillars of the gondola car cause different degrees of damage,such as the inclination of the side pillars,local depressions,etc.It is of certain significance to optimize and improve the size of the supporting plate of the supporting mechanism,so as to reduce the damage to the side pillars of the gondola when it rolls over.Based on the research background of C70 dumping coal on the C-type wagon du mper,according to the load characteristics of C70 during wagon dumping and the stru ctural characteristics of railway gondola C70,the C70 is modeled in three dimensions,and a half finite element model of the gondola is established.Apply loads and restrai nts.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the stress distri bution of the side column of the gondola under different turning angles,and the high stress area of the side column was determined.Finally,the inner inclination moment of the side column of the gondola corresponding to the width of the car plate and th e car was calculated and the change trend was analyzed.According to the analysis result,when the turning angle is constant,the lower end of the side column of the gondola car is always supported by the lower edge of the car plate,and the maximum stress area of the side column of the gondola car is the root of the side column.With the continuous reduction of the width of the car leaning against the car,the maximum stress value of the side column and the total inclination bending moment of the gondola car show a tendency to increase;when the turning angle is 45°,the maximum stress value of the side column and the total inclination bending moment of the gondola car maximum.On the premise of meeting economy and safety,through program calculation,the best installation program is selected with the width of the car tipping machine of the car tipping machine being90%.. |
