| With the arrival of the "14th Five-Year Plan",my country’s subway industry has entered a period of rapid development,and urban subway network operation has become a trend.The reliability of the operating equipment directly affects the safety of subway operations.Therefore,it is a problem that the subway should consider at present to diagnose the risk source of the subway operating equipment factors and improve the reliability of the operating equipment system.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The subway operation equipment system is divided into five subsystems: vehicle equipment system,track equipment system,communication signal equipment system,power supply equipment system and electromechanical equipment system.Collect the main risk events that have occurred in the past five years of subway operation,and trace the type,cause,and manifestation of each risk factor on the basis of risk events,and establish a subway operation equipment risk indicator that includes 27 risk indicators.system.(2)Optimizing the weights of risk evaluation indicators based on the principle of minimum discriminative information.Taking the five secondary indicators of the vehicle equipment system as an example,the compatibility matrix method and the gray correlation method are used to calculate the indicator weights,and the subjective weights obtained are summed with The objective weights are combined and optimized by the principle of minimum discriminative information,and the values of the three weights are compared.It is found that the weights optimized by the principle of minimum discriminative information are basically consistent with the trend of the first two weight calculation results and eliminate the shortcomings of the first two weighting methods.More practical.(3)In view of the shortcomings and limitations of the traditional failure mode and impact analysis method(FMEA)in the risk analysis of subway operation equipment,the traditional FMEA method is improved,and the confidence structure is used to replace the traditional evaluation grade structure,and combined with TOPSIS The relative closeness and weight of risk factors are calculated to obtain the improved risk coefficient(IRPN).Use IRPN as the basis for ranking risk sources to identify key risk sources;and take a subway as an example to diagnose the key risk sources of the subway operating equipment,and find that the running department system,rail system and traction subsystem have greater risks,and the result is and the applicability of the actual match proved that the new method of risk prevention provide some reference for managers. |
