Automotive IP,as a key component of automotive interior decoration,plays a vital role in the construction of automotive interior decoration.At present,automotive IP components enterprises often ignore the quality risk management in the early stage of project development,leading to a large number of quality problems after formal mass production.Frequent quality problems have a great impact on the operation of enterprises.Internally,they will face huge quality costs such as repair and product scrapping,and externally,customer satisfaction will be reduced,leading to a crisis of confidence.The root cause of these problems is that enterprises do not effectively manage key quality risk factors in the project development stage.Based on the assembly quality status of the IP Cockpit for Project C of F company,based on the four processes of feeding,storage,assembly and final inspection,and focusing on the five aspects of personnel,machinery,materials,methods and environment,this paper identifies and summarizes a total of 20 quality risk factors for the assembly of the IP cockpit for Project C by using questionnaire method,brainstorming method and Delphi method.In the process of quality risk evaluation,considering the limitations of FMEA,fuzzy theory and grey correlation analysis method are introduced on the basis of using FMEA method to evaluate the quality risk of F Company C project,and the severity ranking of 20 quality risks of F Company C project is obtained.Compared with the traditional FMEA,the method combining fuzzy theory and grey correlation analysis can obtain the accurate ranking of quality risk severity.Finally,the fishbone diagram method was used to analyze the reasons for the existence of key quality risk factors,and a series of measures were put forward to solve the problems,which significantly reduced the number of customer complaints and repair hours of F Company’s C project.At the same time,F Company’s future quality risk management level will be improved through the implementation of control plan documents,change point management,quality risk management organization construction,quality risk objectives and performance assessment,and quality culture publicity.The implementation of quality risk management in F Company’s C project strengthens F Company’s confidence in comprehensively implementing quality risk management in the future.By establishing quality risk management system and strengthening production process control,F Company can effectively avoid or reduce quality risks,have formed a complete quality risk management process to improve the overall quality level of our products and win the trust of our customers.It ensures a favorable position in the increasingly fierce market competition and also provides valuable experience for similar enterprises.
