In the company management,performance evaluation is a very key component.Through the performance evaluation of the company,the management effect of the company can be comprehensively evaluated,thereby reducing the operating pressure of the company and contributing to the sustainable development of the company.In recent years,due to the continuous improvement of the material and spiritual living standards of Chinese residents,people are paying more and more attention to the quality of the living environment,so the construction demand of landscape engineering is also increasing.In such an environment,landscape engineering enterprises have developed rapidly,and corresponding enterprises have also developed greatly.How to evaluate the performance of such enterprises has become a key issue concerned by the theoretical and practical circles.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the market competition between enterprises is severe,and it has expanded from the competition of products and technology to many aspects such as corporate culture,information technology,and enterprise strategy.The traditional performance evaluation system can no longer be applied to the current construction enterprises.How to reconstruct the new performance management system has become an urgent problem for each construction enterprise.The business of Yupin Garden company,the object of this paper,has developed from one department to ten departments now,and the division of departments is more detailed.The rapid development of the company urgently requires a set of enterprise performance evaluation system which is compatible with its development to provide support,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and expand the market share of enterprises.This paper analyzes the performance evaluation system of Yupin Garden Company according to the problem thinking,analysis,solution ideas implementation improvement the performance evaluation system of Yupin Garden Company based on the Balanced scorecard(BSC).First of all,this paper comprehensively expounds the operating conditions of the company from the aspects of cash flow,assets and liabilities,profits and financial status,etc.On this basis,the current situation of the performance evaluation of the company is analyzed from five aspects,including the goal,subject and object,method and process,index system and result application.The problems in performance evaluation were analyzed through questionnaires,including the disconnection between performance evaluation objectives and corporate strategic objectives,the simple performance evaluation process,the single application form of performance evaluation results and the limitations of performance evaluation system.Thirdly,based on BSC,the optimization ideas and principles were put forward,focusing on the optimization of evaluation objectives,performance evaluation subjects and performance appraisal use objects based on strategic needs,and the performance evaluation optimization system of Yupin Garden Company was rebuilt based on BSC.Finally,from the four aspects of system,information,talent and culture,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the optimization of the performance evaluation system of the imperial garden company,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the healthy development of the landscape architecture engineering industry in China.
