It is the consensus of all enterprises to design and formulate strategic plans suitable for enterprise development.Especially in the context of economic transformation,internal competition in the industry and changes in industrial structure,construction enterprises are under unprecedented pressure than before,and how to compete in the increasingly fierce competition The achievement of a leading position in the industry in China is closely related to corporate strategic planning.As a leader in the construction industry,Y construction company has been performing less and less satisfactory in the market in recent years.The important reason for this situation is that the company’s performance appraisal system is lagging and cannot be revised in time.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the performance appraisal system that cannot comply with the development of enterprises and the market.As a performance management tool,the balanced scorecard is based on the long-term development of the company and helps to rebuild the performance appraisal system of the Y construction company.This not only helps the company solve the imbalance problem of the current financial and non-financial indicators,but also looks into the future of the company.Development needs.This article takes this as a perspective to study the application of the Balanced Scorecard in Y construction enterprise performance appraisal with practical significance.This article uses a combination of literature research,case analysis and quantitative analysis to carry out research on selected topics.First of all,the performance appraisal theory and the principle of the balanced scorecard are explained to provide theoretical support for the following article.Secondly,it introduces the current performance appraisal status and existing problems of Y construction enterprise,and expounds the advantages of the company’s introduction of the balanced score card.Then,according to the strategy and vision of Y construction enterprise,a performance appraisal system based on a balanced score card was designed.Starting from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes and learning growth,20 specific indicators were subdivided;calculated using the analytic hierarchy process The weight ratio of each dimension and its specific indicators;through field visits and questionnaire surveys,with the help of some mathematical parties to comprehensively score each indicator of Y construction enterprise in 2019,the actual performance results are finally obtained and targeted Suggest.Although this article is an example of the performance appraisal method of Y construction enterprise using the balanced scorecard,it also has reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry.They can rebuild their own evaluation system according to their own characteristics,and adjust and improve the indicators flexibly.The balanced scorecard can make up for the shortcomings of traditional performance appraisal that is biased towards the financial level,and help companies understand their true performance appraisal levels in a multi-faceted and multi-dimensional manner,and can start from strategic planning,continuously improve the indicators,and promote the company’s Long-term development will increase the competitiveness of enterprises.
