Research On Ecological Water-saving Wisdom And Suitability Construction Strategy Of Rural Settlements In Xihaigu Area

Xihaigu area belongs to the semi-arid region of Northwest China,and the water source in this area was still dominated by rainfall until the beginning of the 21 st century.In recent years,the newly built settlements and dwellings by the government have alleviated the local water shortage predicament through water conservancy facilities,but the traditional water-saving measures of settlements and dwellings have been ignored.Through investigation,it can be seen that there are a lot of water-saving wisdom in the siting of traditional settlements and the construction of residential buildings,which need to be extracted and explored.Based on the concept of ecological water-saving and the actual case of rural settlements in Pengyang County,this paper uses GIS to carry out hydrological analysis,kernel density analysis,proximity analysis,deep learning and other visualization and quantitative methods to extract the relationship between settlement location and water environment at the macro and mesoscopic settlement levels.At the level of micro residential courtyard,according to the extracted ecological water-saving wisdom and further combined with modern general water-saving technology,the construction strategy suitable for Xihaigu area is proposed.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that: at the settlement level,the selected spots of rural settlements in Pengyang County have the characteristics of living by water,and the various water resources utilization modes have the characteristics of adapting to local conditions;At the residential level,there are a large number of rainwater collection measures in the courtyard space and the construction of individual buildings,and the traditional collection measures are useful for reference.Based on the modern application of traditional ecological water-saving wisdom and the localization adaptation of modern general water-saving technology,the construction strategies of drainage and ecological water-wading application,construction methods,component design and other aspects are proposed.The suitable construction strategy provides theoretical basis and technical support for the construction and sustainable development of rural settlements in this region.
