Research On The Construction Phase Cost Control Of BZ Project Based On Value Chain

In recent years,the development of our construction industry is still strong,It is toward normalization and reason.As global competition becomes more and more intense,a tightened cost control model restricts the long-term development of construction firms.Traditional cost control has problems such as single cost control method,formalized cost control system and high project labor cost.In the face of the fierce new coronavirus epidemic,it also has a considerable impact on economic development.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the construction industry has also been affected to a certain extent.The epidemic has led to delayed project progress,increased project costs and squeezed industry profits.Therefore,enterprises need to keep moving forward and focus on cost control.Value chain is the key means to make up for the shortage of construction project cost control and optimize cost control.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature induction,case analysis and the combination of empirical research and normative research,starting from the theoretical basis of the value chain and cost control in the project construction stage.Firstly,based on the internal value chain and external value chain,the current situation of construction cost control of residential projects is studied.Secondly,taking BZ project as an example,this thesis analyzes the existing problems and causes of the construction cost control of this residential project from the perspectives of internal value chain and external value chain.Finally,We propose an improvement measure of cost control in the construction stage of the housing construction project,and applies the improved measures to LT projects which are also residential projects,and analyzes the effect.It is found that the implementation of value chain cost control can realize the value added in the value chain,and effectively improve the rate of return of LT projects.In this thesis,the value chain is combined with the cost control in the construction stage of residential projects to guide the practice of construction enterprises.
