The Research On Cost Control Of Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

The rapid development of China's construction industry and the emergence of various new construction technologies have intensified the competition among construction enterprises.However,there are still some phenomena in the construction industry,such as the lack of advanced management means,the low efficiency of management methods,and the unreasonable waste of resources,which do not coincide with the rapid development of China's economy.Along with the development of information technology,BIM technology was introduced in the engineering construction project,this is not only a technical innovation,but also through the integration of BIM technology information and resources,so as to realize the efficiency of management and decision-making ability of ascension,to speed up the efficiency of information transmission,digital and degree of refinement,make our country the construction of the project is ability can be improved significantly.In this paper,through combining BIM technology and the construction cost control,using new technology to solve the problem of the cost of construction project and the allocation of resources,the main research content is as follows:First,BIM related concepts and basic theory of cost control,begin from the research status at home and abroad,this paper expounds the construction industry in our country the present stage BIM technology in the application of cost control and research achievements,spread the application of BIM characteristic and the case study of the use of related software,and elaborate on the cost control related concepts and key application methods,further study on BIM application value for the cost control in the construction.Second,through to build BIM5 D model of database construction,discusses the BIM in the whole process of project construction on the role and value of the cost control,through the establishment of project cost data real-time monitoring system and combining the earned value analysis method of construction cost of early warning and correction,improve the BIM technology application in the construction stage of cost control level,and from the viewpoint of construction enterprises,this paper expounds the promote BIM technology in the enterprise of some Suggestions.Finally,combining with the case project health management center,such as real-time monitoring of project cost and schedule information as basic data,and earned value analysis,total cost prediction and correction of PDCA circulation method,combining with data analysis and calculation,further verification,the application of BIM technology in construction cost control,so that the construction stage of cost control level was improved.
