A Comprehensive Evaluation Study Of The Process Quality Of Product Design Based On The Stakeholder Perspective

China’s 19 th National Congress report clearly judged that our economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.The report proposes to promote economic development quality change,efficiency change,power change.When the products and services "have" is no longer a problem,"good" has become the key.Product quality improvement has become the focus of attention,and the quality of a product is determined from its design stage,as quality management expert Dr.Genichi Taguchi said,"Product quality is designed first,followed by production."In order to enable enterprises to improve their product quality more comprehensively in the stage of high quality development,it is necessary to analyze and improve the source link of quality.The evaluation of its design quality is more one-sided and cannot fundamentally help enterprises achieve the goal of high-quality development.Nowadays,we are in a market-oriented economic environment,and companies need to evaluate the quality of product design by taking the market demand as the main body,so in order to make a more comprehensive evaluation of product design quality,we have introduced the perspective of stakeholders,and make a reasonable evaluation of the quality of product design from the perspective of the company’s stakeholders,and propose suggestions for improvement and enhancement,in order to In order to help enterprises to achieve the purpose of "quality change",promote the manufacturing industry to the high quality stage,and accelerate the process of becoming a manufacturing power in China.In this thesis,we analyze in detail the classification of stakeholders and divide them into three categories of five major stakeholders by sorting out the research on the background of stakeholders and the comprehensive evaluation of product design quality;we also clarify the whole process of product design and the five main stages contained in it,and on this basis,we summarize the needs of stakeholders involved in each stage into detailed evaluation indexes,and establish a model for comprehensive evaluation of product design quality based on the degree of satisfying stakeholders’ needs.A manufacturing company was selected as the object of the empirical study,and relevant data were obtained for the operation of the company from 2019 to 2021,and the CRITIC method was used to calculate the weights and TOPSIS method for comprehensive evaluation.According to the results of the empirical study,the product design quality and the degree of satisfying stakeholders’ needs of the enterprise are in line with the actual situation,which verifies that the comprehensive evaluation index system constructed in this thesis is scientific and reasonable.Finally,with reference to the results of the empirical study,we suggest the improvement of the product design quality based on the stakeholders’ needs.
