Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Municipal Engineering Quality Defects Based On Entropy TOPSIS Method

With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction of cities is also developing rapidly.Municipal engineering is the foundation of a city construction project.Based on the status quo of rapid urban development,the quality management of municipal engineering has been paid more and more attention.In this context,how to effectively improve the quality management efficiency of municipal engineering,reduce the quality defects in municipal facilities,and improve the social benefits of municipal engineering is an important topic worth further discussion.First of all,the relevant literature and materials of quality defects at home and abroad were consulted to determine the definition of quality defects,quality problems and quality accidents,so as to prepare for the follow-up research.In theoretical research and field research,on the basis of municipal engineering quality management status,using the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,from the most important thing in whole life cycle of project design,construction,use,maintenance phase,the municipal engineering of the common quality defects in the research,including the four primary index and 34 secondary indicators of evaluation index system of municipal engineering quality defects.Second,selection based on entropy weight of evaluation objects-TOPSIS evaluation method,to establish evaluation index system of municipal engineering quality defects of the evaluation: the use of entropy method to determine the weights are quality defects,using TOPSIS method to evaluate each index of phase comparison,after sorting results,joint index of entropy value,comprehensive evaluation of municipal engineering quality defects of stage.Finally,the entropy weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of municipal engineering quality defects,by applying the actual case analysis prove the feasibility of the model,find the crucial stage of produce quality defects,targeted to find countermeasures,put forward reasonable Suggestions,to improve the quality of municipal engineering management level,avoid the happening of quality defects to offer help.Specific conclusions and research results are as follows:(1)according to the characteristics of municipal engineering,the comprehensive evaluation model of quality defects of municipal engineering is constructed,and the evaluation index system of quality defects is determined.The index system is divided into two levels,including 4 first-level indexes and 34 second-level indexes.(2)on the basis of establishing entropy weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation of quality defects,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted for the stages of municipal engineering quality defects.The main production stages of municipal engineering quality defects are the construction stage,the second is the use stage,and the last is the design stage.(3)taking a municipal engineering in Lanzhou as an example,the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation model of quality defects of the municipal engineering is evaluated.
