Metro Ticket Vending Machine(TVM),as a terminal equipment facing a large number of passengers,its reliability directly affects the travel efficiency of passengers and the stability of subway operation.However,there is little research on the reliability of metro automatic ticket vending machine at present,and there is lack of measures to improve its reliability in daily operation and management,which leads to the lack of pertinence in maintenance and maintenance of automatic ticket machines,and the unreasonable quantity structure of spare parts inventory.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of the vending machine and to propose measures to improve the reliability.This thesis identifies the key factors that affect the reliability of ticket vending machines,analyzes its reliability based on the theory of GO method,and puts forward some measures to improve its reliability.Firstly,the research status of system reliability and automatic ticket vending machine is analyzed.Secondly,the system reliability theory and the basic principle of GO method are introduced.The subway automatic ticket machine is regarded as a repairable system and the reliability characteristic quantity is analyzed.Then the fault data of the ticket vending machine are analyzed by Pareto Analysis.The main modules which affect the reliability are coin processing module,bill processing module and ticket processing module.After that,using the method of expert interview,the main modules which affect the reliability of the ticket vending machine are verified,and the main unit components which influence the reliability are determined.Among them,there are five kinds of unit components affecting the reliability of coin processing module,seven kinds of units affecting the dependability of bill processing module and six types of units influencing the dependability of ticket processing module.Then the GO diagram is established by GO method,and the reliability characteristic quantities of the three modules are obtained by introducing relevant parameters to GO operation.Finally,the main measures to improve the reliability of metro ticket vending machines are proposed.The results of this study are as follows: The reliability of coin processing module,ticket processing module and banknote processing module are ranked from high to low.The level of reliability is affected by the composition and complexity of the modules,sensitivity to the outside world and the professional level of the staff.In order to improve the reliability of ticket vending machine,this thesis puts forward the measures to improve it from three aspects: system management,equipment management and personnel management.On the basis of this study,the method of reliability analysis and evaluation using GO method can be extended to the whole subway AFC system and even other specialties in subway operation,which is of great significance to improve the stability and safety of subway operation.
