Urban rail transit hub has become an important part of urban public transport system with the continuous development of urban rail transit network.The operation management level of urban rail transit hub directly affects the overall efficiency and service quality of urban transport network.The operation management of urban rail transit hub is a value-added process.Its output is the public service needed by society,including passenger transport organization,station management,safety management,etc.At present,the overall level of Chinese urban rail transit hub operation is not high,the regional development is uneven,and there is a lack of guiding theory that can effectively improve the operation management level.At present,Chinese urban rail transit hub has some defects,such as low overall level of operation,uneven regional development and lack of guiding theory which can effectively improve the level of operation management.Therefore,the operators of Chinese urban rail transit hub need a set of scientific and efficient management theory to guide practice and effectively improve the level of operation management.Taking BG rail transit hub as an example,this thesis studies the operation management of urban rail transit hub based on benchmarking management theory.The first stage is the preparation of benchmarking management.In this stage,the basic situation of benchmarking management for hub operation is analyzed,the process and content of benchmarking management are determined,and the hub benchmarking evaluation system which composed of direct evaluation oriented to the key functions of the hub,comprehensive evaluation oriented to the overall operation level of the hub and multi-level grey evaluation model is established.The second stage is the analysis of benchmarking management.In this stage,the benchmarking target is selected,the gap is identified through the benchmarking evaluation system,the causes of the gap are determined by causal method and DEMATEL model,and then the improvement goal is determined.The final stage is the implementation of benchmarking management.In this stage,improvement activities are carried out by applying the theory of passenger wayfinding behavior and lean management,the implementation effect is evaluated and the final conclusion is drawn.This thesis applies the benchmarking management theory to the operation management of BG rail transit hub,which not only verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the theory,but also provides a management template for the operators of urban rail transit hub.The research results are helpful to improve the industry level and fill the gaps in relevant fields.
