Research On The Design And Evaluation Method Of Comprehensive Evaluation Index System Of Urban Rail Transit Operation

In recent years,with the rapid growth of operation scale of urban rail transit in China,the operation management mode of urban rail transit operating units is also changing from extensive management to refined service.The operation unit of urban rail transit needs to further improve the innovative operation management system and optimize operation service quality urgently.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of operation has become the focus of the management.Based on this situation,the comprehensive evaluation on the operation and management of urban rail transit is helpful to discover the management deficiencies of operation units,analyze the deficiencies of management measures,and propose targeted management improvement programs,so as to continuously improve the comprehensive level of operation and service.Under the background of the development status of urban rail transit operation industry in China,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research and summarized the development,status quo and related theories of evaluation of urban rail transit operation at home and abroad.Through the research and analysis of the main factors affecting the operation and management of urban rail transit,combined with the actual operation and management of Qingdao metro line network,the factors affecting the first-level index of comprehensive evaluation of operation are divided into five aspects:development level,production and operation,safety index,service index and financial energy consumption index.From multiple visual angles to carry out the analysis,further decomposed filling of the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban rail transit operation management refinement indicators,will affect the overall operation level of the main five factors further broken down into 89 specific indicators,the basis of scientific operation management operation statistics and comprehensive evaluation system.AHP is used to calculate the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban rail transit operation,and the comprehensive evaluation model of urban rail transit operation is constructed.Finally,based on the current operation status of Qingdao metro from 2016 to 2019,this paper analyzes the current operation management situation and major problems of Qingdao metro according to the evaluation results and the changing trend,and gives Suggestions for improvement.
