With the rapid development of China’s economy,urban rail transit has also entered into a rapid development stage.More and more cities have started to build urban rail transit mainly by underground railways,and the developed metro transportation network has in turn led the healthy development of cities.The advantages of urban rail transit are mainly reflected in its greater capacity,faster speed,lower energy consumption,as well as meeting the needs of passengers for green and comfortable travel,thus gradually occupying a mainstream position among many urban transportation modes.As the scale of urban rail transportation expands and the number of passengers increases,"safe operation,quality service and efficient management" become the focus of metro operating companies.The establishment of evaluation system is important for evaluating the level of metro operation and management and guiding the operating companies to plan the direction of operation and management.The study of the evaluation system is beneficial for the operating companies to better guarantee the operation of urban rail transit,improve passenger service quality and create a new situation of operation.Based on the current situation of rapid development of urban rail transit in China,this thesis firstly,explains the significance of constructing operation management evaluation system and discusses the development research status at home and abroad.Then,using the WSR system methodology for the initial selection of urban rail transit operation management evaluation indexes,the content of metro operation management is divided into four parts of equipment maintenance,traffic organization,safety management and passenger service from the physical dimension,the matter dimension and the human dimension as the secondary indexes,and the tertiary evaluation indexes are selected on this basis;the indexes are screened by Delphi method,and the final determination of urban The indexes were screened by Delphi method,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban rail transit operation management was finally determined;the weights of each index were determined by using hierarchical analysis method,and its practical significance was analyzed.Finally,taking Qingdao metro as an example,the actual operation data of Qingdao metro is substituted into the comprehensive evaluation system for calculation,and based on the calculation results,the development trend and development level are analyzed,the problems of operation management are identified,and suggestions are made for future management.The evaluation results can be used as reference indicators for the future management of the operating company and improve the comprehensive service level of the operating company.
