| Transmission line is a very important part of the power grid.Transmission line’s safety and stable operation has received more and more attention in recent years.According to the requirements of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,State Grid Corporation will introduce more new energy,microgrid and interactive devices.Therefore,the safe and reliable operation of the power grid and the reliability of the power supply has got higher requirements.Grid enterprise A has more than 40 years of experience in operating and maintaining management transmission line,but for many years it has been following the old management model.Transmission lines is an important link between power supply units and users.They exist in the field for a long time and operate in a complex environment.Therefore,it is important to conduct management studies on the operation risks of transmission lines to reduce transmission line failures.Based on risk management theory,analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this thesis takes the transmission line of grid enterprise A as the research object.First,this thesis analyzes the operation status of the transmission line of grid enterprise A and collates the risk factors in the operation of the transmission line of grid enterprise A by collating the status of domestic and foreign research and related literature.There are 21 items in total which are divided into three dimensions with equipment quality risk,natural environment risk,and external force risk.Second,this thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the identified risk factors and determine the weights of the risk factors.Third,by fuzzing evaluation of AC 500 k V Beili I & II line,this thesis derives the equipment quality risk including structural defects in the tower,guideline equipment defects and metal equipment defects,the natural environmental risks including lightning,freezing rain and snow disasters,and bird damage,and the external risks including construction vehicles(machinery)damage,tree and bamboo discharge,fishing touch line,etc.The above factors may cause serious risks for the line operation.Finally,some corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the transmission line operation regulations.This thesis has important practical value to further improve the risk management of transmission line operation of power grid enterprise A.At the same time it is also expected to provide a reference for the risk management of operation of transmission lines in other areas. |
