Study On Supply Chain Quality Control Strategy In Post-epidemic Era

Since the outbreak of the global novel coronavirus,the Chinese government and people have worked together and united as one.The country has adhered to the policy of "dynamic zero elimination" and adopted a series of measures such as Internet big data tracking technology to make epidemic control more accurate and avoid a large-scale outbreak of the domestic epidemic,which has gradually brought the novel coronavirus under control and entered the post-epidemic era in China.In the post-epidemic era,the epidemic has not completely disappeared,the epidemic has fluctuated,the domestic economic growth has slowed down,the market demand has shrunk,and the price of raw materials has continued to increase,and cross-regional logistics delivery difficulties have emerged,which has seriously affected the entire supply chain system.In such a supply chain environment,only by mastering the law of supply chain development,adapting to the characteristics of supply chain changes in the post-epidemic era,and innovating supply chain quality control strategies can enterprises win a place in the fierce market competition.As an important part of the national economy,construction machinery industry has a strategic position in the national economy.This thesis takes Jiangsu LG Machinery Co.,LTD.,a typical enterprise in the construction machinery industry,as an example,combines the industry status and the company’s development history,and uses PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces model,SWOT analysis and other analysis tools to analyze the supply chain quality control strategy suitable for the actual development of LG in the post-epidemic era.This thesis firstly summarizes the research status of supply chain related theories and supply chain quality control strategy,and then analyzes the internal and external environment of LG Company respectively.In the analysis of external environment,the macro environment of LG’s supply chain quality control is mainly analyzed from the aspects of relevant policies issued by countries in the post-epidemic era,economic development status,social environment and relevant technical conditions of the construction machinery industry supply chain.Based on the development characteristics of the supply chain in the post-epidemic era,The industry environment facing LG’s supply chain quality control is analyzed from the threat of potential entrants and substitutes.In the internal environment analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of LG’s supply chain quality control are analyzed and identified mainly from the aspects of performance management,supply chain quality control process,digital technology,talent team and so on.In view of the identified problems,strategic adjustments were made from the aspects of improving the organizational structure,optimizing the management process,strengthening the performance control and strengthening the construction of talent team,so as to create a set of supply chain quality control strategy suitable for the sustainable development of LG Company in the post-epidemic era.
