Research On Supply Chain Management Path And Performance In The Context Of COVID-19 Epidemic

In December 2020,China first explicitly proposed to improve manufacturing innovation,enhance the independent and controllable ability of the supply chain,and build a standardized,collaborative,and low-cost supply chain system at the central economic work conference.The 14th Five-Year Plan of the People’s Republic of China clearly proposes to improve the modernization level of the supply chain,promote the diversification of the strategic supply chain,endow the supply chain with the characteristics of innovation,high added value and safety,and promote the innovative development of services such as supply chain finance.The COVID-19 has exposed the fragility and risks of the supply chain,so the difficulties such as downtime,supply chain disruption,and capital chain tension need to be solved urgently.The modernization of the supply chain is an urgent problem.As a leader in the construction machinery industry,XCMG has actively explored and achieved results in the supply chain repair and construction.This paper selects XCMG Machinery as the research object,and carries out relevant analysis with the help of supply chain theory,information asymmetry theory,synergy theory,structural financing theory,and self-compensated trade financing theory,clarifies the necessity and feasibility of building the supply chain model of the Allied Army,and excavates the conceptual design,process operation and implementation path of the supply chain construction of the Allied Army through the comprehensive decomposition of XCMG Machinery supply chain model,The article analyzes how to repair the supply chain fracture and promote the resumption of production from four aspects: the overall management mode of suppliers,the integration of procurement and logistics functions,the operation of suppliers in the R&D and production links,and the comprehensive support to suppliers;The strategic layout of supply chain is analyzed from three perspectives: information platform and digital supply chain,global distribution supply chain and green development supply chain;Starting from the necessity of promoting supply chain finance and the process design of XCMG’s financing bills,this paper comprehensively analyzes supply chain finance and the core concept and financing essence of XCMG’s supply chain finance.Finally,through the evaluation of the construction effect of the supply chain of the Allied Forces,it is further confirmed that the supply chain model of XCMG Machinery has positive significance.Therefore,this paper believes that the supply chain construction experience of XCMG Machinery can be used for reference.Finally,based on the summary,the risks or deficiencies of the supply chain model of XCMG Allied Army are put forward and suggestions are made,and the experience worthy of promotion and reference in building a modern supply chain is extracted.
