Research On Working Capital Management Of Great Wall Motor Under Supply Chain In The Post-Epidemic Era

With the rapid progress of economy and the intensification of globalization,the competition among companies is further intensified,which has gradually spread from the company’s own business activities to the industrial chain.more and more scholars begin to research about the company’s overall level of working capital management,and the sudden outbreak of the new champions league for the obvious features of globalization of auto industry supply chain no small impact,therefore,the problems of working capital are studied from this perspective,It can also comprehensively discover the problems existing in the post-epidemic era of enterprises.This paper takes Great Wall Motor Co.Ltd.As the object of study and researches its working capital management based on supply chain theory.The backdrop and sense are introduced firstly,combing the related literature at home and abroad,so do the substance and means.Secondly,the related notions are presented,such as supply chain.Thirdly,it explains the basic situation of Great Wall Motor and the situation of the automobile industry in the post-epidemic era.The management status of working capital in each link of supply chain is studied.Through the analysis,the problems of procurement,production and sales are put forward respectively,including the low proportion of centralized procurement,the shortage of core parts and components,the lack of planning in production,and the causes of these problems are deeply discussed.Finally,aimed at these problems,the corresponding schemes such as centralization of procurement,optimization of mid and long-term core spare parts and strict control of production plan are put forward.Through the research of this paper,some problems existing in the management of working capital of Great Wall Motor can be improved.For other establishments,assistance can also be offered.
