Study On The Design Of Child-friendly Oriented Roof Recreational Site Of Cnnc Times Plaza Commercial Complex In Wuhan

As the future of the motherland,the growth of children has been concerned by the society.The National 14 th Five-Year Plan in 2021 and the outline of the 2035 Vision goals both set the goal of building "child-friendly" cities.Beijing,Shanghai,Changsha,Shenzhen,Wuhan and other cities have all started to build "child-friendly" cities.Study on Building a child-friendly city in China is still in the initial stage.As an indispensable part of children’s daily activities,outdoor recreation venues play a positive role in children’s growth.With the opening of the "three-child" policy,the contradiction between the increasing recreational needs of children and the shortage of outdoor recreation space in the city has gradually become prominent.The commercial complex built on a large scale has become the main site to go for families on weekend or during the holidays in recent years.Driven by the market,the proportion of children’s business forms in commercial complexes continues to rise,but the good and the bad are intermingled,and the outdoor recreation sites for children are few.As the fifth facade of the building,building the roof space of the commercial complex into a child-friendly outdoor recreation site is not only a positive response to the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for the construction of a "child-friendly" city,but also plays a positive role in alleviating the current shortage of urban children’s outdoor recreation sites,which has great development value.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the design of child-friendly roof recreation sites of commercial complex.This paper adopts interdisciplinary comprehensive research,comparative analysis,case analysis,empirical research and other methods.Based on the theoretical research on child-friendly recreation space,this paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,and analyzes the unfriendly aspects of commercial complex recreation space to children through interviews and surveys.To summarize the characteristics of child-friendly commercial complex recreation sites in terms of location,traffic and flow of people,space and games.Put forward the design concept and principle of child-friendly roof recreation sites of commercial complex.Then,the paper summarizes the strategies and methods for the design of child-friendly roof recreation sites of commercial complex from three aspects: positioning and zoning,design of main elements,and strategies to enhance the diverse experience of space.Summarize the reference of the design practice of child-friendly roof recreation sites of commercial complex at home and abroad.Finally,taking the design of children’s recreation site on the roof of CNNC Times Plaza Commercial Complex in Wuhan as an example,the concept,principle,method and strategy of child-friendly oriented commercial complex rooftop recreation sites design are applied into practice to complete the overall design and detailed design of the site.This paper provides a reference for future theoretical study and construction practice.
