Since China’s reform and opening up,China’s economic and social development has come into the fast lane.With the economic globalization and industrial restructuring,new ideas and new formats continue to emerge.The intensification of market competition has brought more and more challenges to the development of enterprises,and the research on project management has been paid more attention than ever before.Although more than half a century of research,project management has formed a set of knowledge system and widely used in various types of enterprises and projects,but most of the researchers on project management research also focused on a variety of quantitative indicators.Project management is also subject to a variety of specific effects of non-quantitative factors,and communication management is one of them.The success or failure of a project,although depending on the hard targets in place or not,but as a soft indicator of the role of communication management can not be ignored.The communication problems caused by project stagnation are not uncommon.Therefore,how to establish and improve project communication management mechanism has gradually become an important direction of research.This paper is based on the existing communication management theories,through careful observation,analysis and research on the problems and communication obstacles in the construction project,"Henyi Arts center construction project" in communication management.It discusses the structure,communication mode and communication channel of the same kind of project in detail in accordance with the related concepts and contents of communication management.At the same time,according to the specific problems in the construction project,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions,not only to optimize the organizational structure,improve communication,communication channels,but also to improve the project management personnel communication management ability,in order to reverse poor communication of the status of the project,and to promote the smooth development of the project and lay a solid foundation.
