Research On Spatial Characteristics,Influencing Factors And Optimization Strategies Of Wuhan Business District Based On Location Service Data

In the context of the rising consumer demand of residents,in order to improve the city’s commercial competitiveness,Wuhan will be built into an international consumption center city.Therefore,understanding the spatial characteristics of business districts in commercial centers will help the government to intuitively understand the development laws of business districts,so as to formulate more targeted business policies and better meet the consumption needs of residents.There are abundant theoretical research and empirical research results on the spatial characteristics of commercial center business districts in China and abroad,but there are still some points for improvement,which are shown as follows:(1)The existing research on the spatial characteristics of business districts is based on the whole,and do not further analyze the spatial characteristics of business districts at different levels;(2)The influencing factors and mechanisms of the spatial characteristics of different commercial centers and the same business district need to be improved;(3)The dimensions of existing business development optimization strategies need to be enriched.In order to make up for the above shortcomings,the study takes the main urban area of Wuhan as the research scope,takes 66 commercial centers in Wuhan as the research object,takes the 200m*200m grid as the basic spatial unit,and is based on consumer shopping location service data,POI data and Multi-source data such as land use data,using GIS spatial analysis method,statistical analysis method and other analysis methods,simulated the spatial distribution of business districts at different levels in the commercial center,and further carried out the following research content:(1)Explore the business districts of Wuhan’s commercial center overall spatial characteristics,and analyze the spatial characteristics of different levels of business districts;(2)Explore the impact of built environment on the spatial characteristics of different commercial centers;(3)Analyze the impact of different dimensions such as work and rest periods on the spatial characteristics of the same commercial center;(4)To sort out the development problems and trends of Wuhan’s business district,and propose optimization strategies for the development of Wuhan’s business center based on the improvement of the built environment.The research found that:(1)The business districts in the commercial center of Wuhan have five spatial characteristics: business district hierarchy,traffic directivity,area increase,distance attenuation and space competition,and the spatial characteristics of business districts at different levels are different;(2)The scale of commercial center,POI density,population density,traffic accessibility,and land mix have a significant impact on the spatial characteristics of business districts;(3)Factors such as work-rest periods and selection order have certain influences on the spatial characteristics of business districts(4)To promote the development of commercial centers,the first thing should do is sort out the development trends and problems,and then take actions from five aspects,such as the improvement of the built environment and the spatial optimization of adapting to changes in time periods.The research conclusions enrich the research results in the field of business district spatial characteristics and influencing factors at the theoretical level;at the practical level,it reveals the weak links in the development of Wuhan’s commercial center,and provides support for the formulation of Wuhan’s commercial policies and planning.
