| With the development of science and Technology,great changes have taken place in the global social formation.In the past 30 years,with the development of urbanization,the agglomeration of population and technology,the intensification of urban development,the consequences of urban expansion began to emerge.Urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,the contradiction between people and land is sharp,urban public transport,social services,community governance can not meet the needs of the people,environmental issues,energy issues are becoming more prominent.To solve the urban problem and make it become a suitable place for human beings to live is a problem that the rulers must solve.In 2008,the concept of a smart city was first proposed by IBM,which attracted international attention,so far,it has become a common choice for all countries in the world to promote urbanization,solve urban diseases,improve the level of urban governance and the quality of public services.It has also become a new engine for promoting economic growth in the post-financial crisis era.With the development of Internet of things,cloud computing and other new technologies in recent years,the construction of smart city in our country has also achieved significant results.Since2014,the construction of smart city in our country has gradually risen from local exploration practice to national strategy.Smart cities have become a major means of sustainable urban development and have been widely recognized and applied.It has become a concept of urban development that is highly valued by governments at all levels and various sectors of society.In 2021,Taiyuan City became the first batch of provincial-level pilot cities for smart cities in Shanxi Province,marking the beginning of the smart city construction in Taiyuan.In recent years,Taiyuan City has achieved certain results in the construction of smart cities,focusing on the construction of comprehensive urban management platforms,promoting the integration and sharing of government information systems,breaking information silos and data fragmentation,and accelerating the implementation of various smart application scenarios.However,compared to cities that started early and developed rapidly,the smart city construction in Taiyuan is relatively slow and still faces many problems.Through the analysis of the current situation of the smart city in Taiyuan using the PEST framework,and comparing it with Guangzhou,Hangzhou,and Hefei using factor analysis,it is found that the current smart city construction in Taiyuan lacks top-level design,lags behind in industrial development,lacks talent reserves,and lacks construction resources,among other issues.This article draws on the excellent experiences of other provincial capital cities in smart city construction,and optimizes the path of smart city construction in Taiyuan through the design of a smart city top-level design thinking process flowchart,overall framework design,improvement of industrial chain layout,enhancement of talent attraction,strengthening of financial support,and other guarantee measures. |
