The Model And Application Study Of Water Resources Optimum Allocation In Taiyuan City

Water is an important material foundation of human survival and social and economic development,also the guarantee of sustainable development. With the increasing of urban population, enhancing of the living standards and progressive water source demand of agriculture and industry, the conflict between water demend and water supply has impacted to the people's eveyday life and limited the fast development of economy. Therefore, it's an urgent to make properly use and efficient allocation and achieve sustainable utilization of water resource to realize its optimized allocation.In this paper, detailed data were collected about the water resource use and development of the water supply system in Taiyuan City to builds a water resource optimization model using multi objective programming approach. The model parameters were verified by 3 planned years(2010,2015,2020) adopting LINGO programme under the 75% reliability frequency. The final results of the balance between supply and demand were analysed. According to the result, plan of water use in Taiyuan City which includes executing and readjustment has being drafted. Simutaneously, the anticipative effect of the planned water use has been analysed.
