Research On The "Hollowing" Characteristics Of Rural Homestead And Its Influencing Factors

Rural homestead refers to a form in which farmers occupy and use the collective land as residential land.With the rapid development of society and economy,a large number of people have moved out,and the phenomenon of idle homestead and "hollowing out" of rural homestead has appeared.Jilin Province has unique regional grain and industrial development conditions,and Fuyu City is a major agricultural city in Jilin Province.It has many townships and administrative villages,a large agricultural population base,backward living and production conditions,and rural areas.The problem of "hollowing" is prominent.As a typical township in Fuyu City,Sanchahe Town also has serious hollowing phenomenon.By exploring the geographical distribution characteristics of the "hollowing" of rural homesteads in Sanchahe Town,the distribution law of the degree of hollowing in this area is found,and by building an index system,it is possible to find out the factors that affect the "hollowing" of rural homesteads in Sanchahe Town.The main factors,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to prevent excessive population loss,so that food security cannot be properly guaranteed,and to achieve the purpose of rural revitalization.This paper uses the literature research method,the analytic hierarchy process,the entropy weight method,the combination weight method and the ArcGIS spatial analysis method.Firstly,the current situation of "hollowing" of rural homesteads in Sanchahe Town is analyzed.For the regional distribution of "hollowing" of rural homesteads,ArcGIS software is used to draw the study area,and the spatial distribution of hollowing rate in Sanchahe Town is obtained.The analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and combination weighting method are used to determine the index weights of the influencing factors of "hollowing" of rural homestead in Sanchahe Town.The influencing factors are analyzed by assigning the calculation results and ArcGIS spatial analysis method.This study found that the average hollowing rate of Sanchahe Town was 23.4%,and the highest hollowing rate was 43.75%.In terms of levels,moderate hollowing villages account for the largest proportion,followed by severely hollowing villages,and mild hollowing villages the least.Spatially,the administrative villages with mild hollowing are scattered in Sanchahe Town,and most of them are located near the urban area of ? ? Fuyu City;the number of villages with moderate hollowing is large and concentrated,with the northwest of Sanchahe Town as the center;Most of the villages are located on the edge of the town,and the hollowing degree of rural homesteads presents a spatial imbalance.Land,population and economic factors have different influences on the hollowing rate of rural homesteads,and the degree of influence is related to farmers’ income,per capita arable land area,and urbanization rate.In order to solve the problem of "hollowing" rural homesteads in Sanchahe Town,and to achieve efficient use and reasonable allocation of land resources in the Northeast Plain,small-scale,long-distance,hollow residential land is divided into reclaimed land to improve land utilization.;Establish a new professional agricultural education and training system,and combine the cultivation of black soil with agricultural science and technology planting plans;strengthen infrastructure,improve transportation convenience,enhance foreign economic and trade exchanges,and optimize the allocation of public services,to achieve the equality of urban and local services,to reduce the "hollowing out" of rural areas,and to revitalize idle homesteads.
