Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Rural Hollowing In Linggao County,Hainan Province

Unbalanced urban and rural development and inadequate rural development are one of the main contradictions in China at this stage.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,while China’s economy has made great achievements,relevant research data show that the income gap between urban and rural residents in China has reached 3 to 4 times,and has shown a trend of widening.The income gap between urban and rural residents has become the main weakness of the imbalance between urban and rural development in China.In order to pursue a better life,a large number of young and middle-aged rural labor flow to the cities,resulting in the "outflow decline" of rural areas,which forms the hollowing of rural areas,hindering the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the process of agricultural and rural modernization.In this regard,in-depth discussion of rural hollowing is of great practical significance to effectively alleviate the degree of rural hollowing,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and develop rural economy.As one of the original 592 poverty-stricken counties at the national level,Lingao County in Hainan Province still faces difficulties in economic development after poverty eradication in 2020.With the increase of the number of migrant workers,Lingao County has fallen into the situation of rural hollowing out.Therefore,based on the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on rural hollowing,this paper takes Lingao County,Hainan Province as the research object,discusses the characteristics,space-time evolution,formation mechanism and inducement factors of rural hollowing in Lingao County,Hainan Province,and puts forward the governance path choice of rural hollowing in Lingao County,Hainan Province through data access,field survey,questionnaire survey and other methods.This study mainly consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background,significance,research status,research content,research methods and technical route of the topic.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,it defines the concept of rural revitalization strategy,hollowing out and rural hollowing out.Secondly,it expounds the theory of push and pull,collaborative governance and rural governance.Lay a theoretical foundation for the full text research.The third chapter is the characterization,space-time evolution and formation mechanism of rural hollowing in Lingao County,Hainan Province.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of rural hollowing in Lingao County,Hainan Province from five aspects: population,land,economy,infrastructure and village governance hollowing.Secondly,based on the characteristics of rural hollowing in Lingao County,it further analyzes the space-time evolution of rural hollowing in Lingao County;Finally,from the driving force coupling,population migration and urbanization to explore the formation mechanism of rural hollowing in Lingao County.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of rural hollowing in Lingao County,Hainan Province.On the basis of field visits and questionnaires,a binary logistic regression model is constructed to obtain the factors that affect the formation of hollowing in Lingao County,laying a foundation for the governance of rural hollowing in Lingao County,Hainan Province.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions of rural hollowing control in Linggao County,Hainan Province.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on rural hollowing in Linggao County of Hainan Province from five aspects,including returning home ownership and talent construction,land transfer and village optimization,infrastructure construction and public services,rural governance and villagers’ cohesion,industrial development and characteristic industry cultivation.Chapter VI Research conclusions and prospects.Summarize the hollowing of rural areas in Lingao County,Hainan Province,and explain and prospect the problems in the research.
