Research On Poverty Alleviation By Rural Industries

Based on the relevant literature in China and foreign developing countries,this thesis sorted out the theoretical knowledge and basis related to industrial poverty alleviation,combined with the development history and current industrial status of Wei County in recent years,summed up the current problems and difficulties in the development of industrial poverty alleviation,and tried to put forward sustainable development strategies,so as to provide reference for the development of poverty alleviation industry in Wei County in the future.This thesis is divided into three main parts:The first part is mainly about the research background.Through the analysis of the transformation of the principal contradiction in Chinese society,it is found that poverty alleviation in industry is the long-term plan to help people solve employment.From the perspective of industrial poverty alleviation,this thesis studies the development process of domestic and foreign industrial poverty alleviation,sorts out the experience that can be used for reference,and summarizes the research content,development and technical route of this thesis.The second part is mainly about theoretical research and industrial poverty alleviation in Wei County.With human capital,low level balance trap basic theory research,combined with Wei country county,Wei country industry type and characteristics,Wei country industry model for poverty alleviation,summarizes Wei country industry results for poverty alleviation,a comprehensive understanding of and research the Wei country poverty alleviation and development overview of the county and industry.The third part,based on a full grasp of Wei County,puts forward the current predicament of industrial poverty alleviation,which mainly involves five dimensions,including endogenous driving force,poverty alleviation funds,project supervision,interest linkage and epidemic situation,and gives sustainable development measures.Firstly,we will enhance the endogenous power of self-development,strengthen training and learning,and establish the awareness and confidence of self-reliance and self-development.Secondly,we will strengthen the integration of industrial poverty alleviation funds,increase the financial investment in poverty alleviation industries,and broaden the diversification of poverty alleviation funds channels.Thirdly,we will realize the coordinated development of interest linkage subjects and clarify the responsibilities of each subject.Fourthly,we will improve the supervision and management of poverty alleviation projects,introducing regulatory systems and manutifating reasonable planning and operation.Fifthly,we will support the resumption of work and production target-orientedly,and actively support the leading enterprises,docking enterprises to drive consumption and so on.We shall do our utmost to strive for long-term and sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation in Wei County.
