As the international grain prices keep rising and soaring,and the scale of domestic grain imports continues to rise,it shows that the pace of internationalization of China’s grain products has further accelerated.A grain group,as the largest state-owned and comprehensive grain enterprise in Hunan Province,will take on the important mission of protecting the food security of our party and country.At present,China’s state-owned grain enterprises generally have some problems,such as difficulties in talent introduction,severe aging of employees,shortage of reserve talents and lack of professional and technical personnel.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to cultivate a group of reserve talents who understand both business and management and are suitable for the development of the group.This paper takes A Grain Group as the research object,adheres to the scientific research ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems,and uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaire survey,analysis and induction,and interviews,and refers to the latest training concepts at home and abroad and related papers.The research results,firstly define the concepts related to the reserve talents of A Grain Group,then investigate and analyze the current situation of the training of reserve talents,and clarify the problems existing in the training system of reserve talents of A Grain Group,mainly including: the training of reserve talents and personal Assessment and promotion are not closely linked,the relevant supporting management system is not perfect,the practicality and pertinence of training courses are not strong,the quality of training lecturers is uneven,the analysis of training needs is out of line with the development strategy of the group,the formulation of training plans is unreasonable,and the training The design and operation of the project are mere formalities,the evaluation of the training effect after the implementation of the training is not perfect,and the personal performance of the employees has not been improved.Then,in view of the problems and reasons,specific optimization measures are proposed from four aspects: training system,training courses,training teachers and training projects.Finally,the safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the training optimization plan are put forward,including cultural safeguard,organizational safeguard and resource safeguard.This paper deeply studies the current situation and main problems of the training of reserve talents in A Grain Group,and proposes targeted solutions,aiming at promoting the smooth implementation of the training system of reserve talents in A Grain Group,and realizing the improvement of the work performance and management ability of reserve talents.to improve the Group’s operating performance.At the same time,it plays a reference value for the optimization design of the training system of reserve talents in the state-owned grain industry.
