Study On Optimization Of F Securities Wealthy Management Business

The commission rate of the securities industry has decreased year by year,and it will enter the era of zero Commission in 2022.F securities company’s wealth management ability is relatively weak in this industry,and its business income is low.It is an inevitable choice for F securities company to optimize the wealth management business so as to improve the business development speed.Taking F securities company as the research object,this paper compares and analyzes the data of the brokerage business and wealth management business of the company,reveals the problems in the development of its wealth management business,and puts forward a series of optimization schemes from the perspective of thoroughly solving or reducing the causes of these problems.Firstly,the paper introduces the theoretical basis of the research;Secondly,it explores the problems and reasons in the development of F securities’ wealth management business from five aspects: customer diversion channel,trading channel,product homogeneity,customer classification and professionals;Then,under the guidance of PEST analysis model,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis and other theories,according to the general principles of the development of F securities business,and in combination with the specific objectives of the development of wealth management business,optimization schemes and safeguard measures were made for F securities’ wealth management business,including strengthening products and improving product system,taking customers as the center,improving customer service ability operate fintech,build a comprehensive wealth management service system and build a talent team.It is hoped to provide some reference and inspiration for the development of wealth management business of other domestic securities companies.
