Research On Software Quality Management Process Optimization Of HW Internet Finance Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the tide of "Internet plus" has surged.Driven by technological development and policy support,Internet financial companies and Internet financial products have emerged in an endless stream.In order to stand out from numerous financial products,excellent product quality is required to maintain the market competitiveness of software products.High quality products are created by the company’s internal software projects,so project quality management is particularly important.Improve the investment in software product quality,quality management practice to improve the overall project level of enterprises,so as to promote high-quality development of enterprises.Therefore,improving the quality management ability and improving the quality of software products is becoming more and more important for the development of enterprises.This paper takes HW Company as the research object,selects the software quality management process of financial investment project for analysis and research,expounds the relevant theories and methods of software quality management,total quality management,agile development and CMMI,and understands the organizational structure of HW Company and the status quo and problems of the software quality management process.The quality problems of HW company have not been solved because of the confusion of demand management,the insufficiency of quality assurance,the imperfection of code version management,the imperfection of project supervision and control mechanism and the untimely update of knowledge base management platform.With the help of research methods and theories,design a set of solutions in line with HW company’s rapid iterative optimization of quality management process,establish and improve the requirements management system,quality assurance system,code management system,project control and supervision management system and knowledge base management system.Based on the scheme design,can improve the software quality management process specifications,to reduce demand of communication problems and improving software quality and reduce the defect rate,better able to manage code,increasing the supervision mechanism to solve the problem of fault information from top to down,easy to maintain good knowledge base subsequent members more quickly into the working state.To explore information schemes to continuously improve the quality of software products,adapt to the market demand,adapt to the continuous development of software technology,strengthen the quality management of software engineering,can effectively improve the software quality of Chinese enterprises,promote the development of China’s software industry.
