In recent years,the global information industry has enjoyed a rapid development.Under the impetus of this wave,the software outsourcing industry has become a highly internationalized industry gradually.With the active promotion of the "Internet +" and an overall practice of "The Belt and Road Initiative" Strategy by Chinese government,more and more domestic software outsourcing companies began to undertake international outsourcing IT projects.It brings both opportunity and challenge as well.The quality of the project delivered to the client is absolutely the key point to win the competition.How to deliver a timely and high-quality project within budget has been a concern for more and more companies.Therefore,the agile development model is becoming increasingly popular.Lots of organizations are beginning to use agile development model in their own projects.However,comparing with traditional model,the performances of those projects adopting agile development model are not so good as expectation.How to improve the project quality under agile development model effectively has become a topic worthy of academic study.This article started with a description of software outsourcing service industry,which is transforming into Agile Development model from the traditional one with the rapid change in the market.Then it introduced the domestic and international top theory on process quality management of software project.On the basis of this,the study,determining its framework and methods,focused on the feasibility of introducing CMMI into Agile development projects,and how to improve the agile development process by using CMMI's theory to achieve quality improvement of the entire software development project through literature research,theoretical discussion and specific practice.After that,taking company P as an example,it analyzed the opportunities and challenges company P is facing.According to the problems occurred in company P's software outsourcing project after adoption of the agile development,it pointed out the key factors of quality management during the implementation of software project based on agile development model.On the final stage,as a participant of an agile development project performed by company P,the author explained the detailed implementation process of each phase of agile development.On the basis of the previous theoretical analysis,some concepts and methods of CMMI are introduced into this project to verify the feasibility and visible effect of introducing CMMI into agile development projects.In the end,in retrospect of the whole practice activity,it summarized and extracted positive opinions and measures for improving the project quality of agile development to take advantage of in the future agile development project implemented by company P.It will help improve the quality of these agile development projects and enhance the core competitiveness of company P in the software outsourcing industry.By resolving the existing negative factors,it will surely help company P to explore our a new situation for its further development and expansion in the highly competitive market to a certain extent.
