The Study On The Application Of CMMI And Agile Method In Intelligent Terminal Project Plan

Project management, as a branch of management discipline, has played a more and more important role in the process of project implementation. And plan management is run through the whole process of project management, plays a role of connecting link between the preceding and the following, is an important part of project management, the plan is reasonable and feasible, will be directly related to the project success or not. With the rise of mobile Internet technology, due to the lack of maturity of the reference case, so that the project plan management becomes more complex. How to make use of resources more reasonable? How to make scale estimation more accurate? How to make the project time limit to the shortest? In order to solve the above problems, it is through the choice of CMMI management method to enhance the project process control? Is the choice of agile development methods to improve project agility? Or is there a more reasonable way to manage? And this is precisely the problem that this article needs to analysis and to solve.In this paper, based on the theory of project management, CMMI management system, Mond Carlo model, function point estimation and iterative method, this paper analyzes the characteristics of communication projects in emergency field, and puts forward the solution to the planning stage of this kind of project. Finally, the successful application of this theory in project practice is presented through case study.In the case of the project, the project background and acceptance conditions are introduced, and the application of CMMI quantitative management method and agile development management method in planning stage is introduced.In the end, the paper summarizes the combination of the two management methods, and makes a prospect of the next step.
