Research On Improvement Of Quality Management In Agile Software Development Of L Company

With the development of the computer industry,traditional software development model was hard to adapt to the new changes,agile software development came into being.With the continuous development of business,L Company that specialized in surveillance video intelligent processing system,began to move toward agile software development.But most of the customers of L Company are overseas,so the development team has expanded from the local team to multinational team.It is worthy studying on how to improve the quality of agile software development.However,most existing studies have discussed the compatibility of the quality management model CMMI with agile development from a theoretical perspective,the specific practical guidance is lacking.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of software development,this thesis according to the actual situation of L Company and existing research result,intends to explore a set of quality management practices that integrate CMMI model and agile developmentFirstly,this thesis trys to tease out the key elements of the software quality problems encountered by L Company in the development of agile software using the causal analysis method.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the key elements and finds out influential factor of the key elements using causal analysis method and advanced expert investigation method.Thirdly,this thesis uses PDCA cycle to continuously improve quality management by comparing the CMMI quality management model with the areas that agile software development meets.Finally,this thesis verifies the implementation results.On the basis of agile development and CMMI quality management process,this thesis improves the quality management in the agile software development process by adjusting the company's organizational structure and project management,improving process management and configuration management in support management.The company's agile software development quality has been significantly improved from the perspective of defect rate,customer satisfaction,delivery cycle,etc.This thesis provides some advice on how to combine CMMI with PDCA to improve the quality of agile software development continuously and how to tailor CMMI to adapt to its application in agile software project development.
