| In the age of knowledge economics,the company’s competitiveness is reflected in excellent innovation.As the innovation globalization continues to deepen,my country’s enterprises have enhanced value chain climbing trends through technological innovation to enhance competitiveness.But the reality is that my country’s manufacturing enterprise has low innovation ability,high-end value chain is small,and high-tech industries are low,it is easy to fall into low-end value chain locks.The manufacturing industry is the major subject of the national economy.It is the foundation of the country,how to reasonably obtain knowledge technology resources,improve the innovation capacity and level of manufacturing enterprises,and improve the overall competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise,promote the " China Manufacturing" process,it is an important issue in the current development of China’s manufacturing industry.The science and technology service industry is focused on providing innovative resources and high-tech information for enterprises.In 2014,"Several Opinions accelerating the development of the science and technology service industry" clearly pointed out that "Accelerating the development of the technology service industry is the key one to achieve technology innovation leading the industry upgrade,driving the economy into the high-end level." In 2017,the "Special Plan for the Science and Technology Innovation of the13 th Five-Year Plan Service Industry" pointed out that "promoting the agglomeration of the science and technology service industry." Therefore,the science and technology service industry how to promote manufacturing enterprise innovation is an important topic that needs to be studied.Based on this,this paper adopts the patented data of the listed company of China A-share manufacturing enterprises in 2008-2019,based on micro perspective,with comprehensive system analysis of the influence of agglomeration of science and technology service industry to the innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises and its mechanism.The study found that science and technology service aggregation has significantly promoted the high level of innovation represented by the invention patent authorization,and there is no significant effect on low level innovation.The results of this paper are still established after using different regression models,replacement of corporate innovation and science and technology service indicators.Further research revealed that when the agglomeration of science and technology service industry affects the manufacturing enterprise,it will be protected from regional technology market development level,and inhibitory effects of corporate financing constraints.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the integration of technology service industry promotes the role of enterprise innovation in the eastern region,high-tech manufacturing,and non-stateowned enterprises,high-tech manufacturing,non-state-owned enterprises,the innovation of the central and western regions is easy to be inhibited by external financing constraints,low and medium-tech manufacturing,state-owned enterprises,and eastern region,companies are easy to benefit from technology services.In summary,this paper points out the high-quality innovation capability of the agglomeration of science and technology service industry to promote the high-quality innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises,and drive companies to climb high-end value chains,pay attention to the role of corporate finance constraints and regional technology market development.Based on conclusions,this paper considers that it is necessary to vigorously build,develop science and technology service aggregation areas,and thus construct a technology service network throughout the manufacturing full-chain,and pay attention to the inhibitory role from financing constraints from enterprise levels and the development level of technology markets in the regional level.To achieve the deep integration of innovative chains and industrial chains,enhance the high-level innovation ability of the enterprise,and provide a continuous innovative vitality for manufacturing high-quality development. |
