The Technical Efficiency And Influencial Factors Analysis In Science And Technology Service Industry

As an emerging industry of current society,science and technology service industry uses modern means to provide intelligence services to the society from all walks of life,and it is the key to promote industrial upgrading and an important part of the modem service industry.Now our country under the pressure of the economic downturn,innovation-driven economic transformation has become a consensus.Under this background,science and technology service industry gradually become taken seriously as a carrier of the innovation.Therefore,academic studies about science and technology service industry gradually become more,but less research on the problem of efficiency,and the scarcity of science and technology elements makes the industry needs to research the efficiency.So,this article discusses the development of the industry from the perspective of efficiency,and analyzes relevant influence factors.This article selects 138 listed companies in the industry for 10 years to study the input and output data,and measures crste and two indexes of decomposition,vrste and scale,through BC2 Model of Data Envelopment Analysis.The following conclusions:this industry regional distribution characteristic is obvious and the southeast coastal areas have a higher agglomeration degree.The crste of this Industry is still low,average only 0.482.Two indexes of decomposition vrste and scale is 0.541 and 0.541 respectively,obviously,the vrste drags on the increase of crste.In order to further study the influencing factor of crste,multivariate regression model is established,and the results show that:Only Enterprise health and Earnings quality plays an inhibitory effect on crste and vrste,and quality of enterprise management and capital utilization has a blocking effect on scale.For ownership group regression analysis,results show that:(1)Enterprise expansion ability impedes crste of state-owned enterprises growth but for private enterprises and foreign enterprises it plays a promote role.(2)Earnings quality and Enterprise expansion ability has a blocking effect on vrste of state-owned enterprises,but for the private enterprises and foreign enterprises have a promote role.(3)In terms of scale,quality of enterprise management has a inhibiting effect on state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises,but a promoting effect for the private enterprise.Earnrnings quality,enterprise expansion ability,asset appreciation ability promotes the scale growth of state-owned enterprises but have a inhibiting effect on private enterprise and foreign enterprise.
