The rapid development of science and technology has accelerated the renewal of electronic products,which resulted in a large number of E-waste.Massive E-waste poses a serious threat to resources and the environment.Disassembly process can extract parts from E-waste,which is an important way to recycle and remanufacture E-waste.Because of its high efficiency,low pollution and low cost,disassembly line is the best mode to disassembly largescale E-waste in industry.The research on the balance of disassembly line has been paid more attention recently.Taking the LCD-TV disassembly line of A-Company as the research object,this thesis firstly investigated and analyzed the current situation of LCD-TV disassembly line.After clarifying the specific drawback,we then used lean production basic knowledge to optimize the disassembly process and the layout of the LCD-TV disassembly line.In order to achieve a better balance and solve sequence-dependent interference between disassembly tasks,our research established a disassembly line balance mathematical model based on U-shaped and sequence-dependent problem.This model takes the number of stations,idle time,disassembly time and disassembly cost as the optimization objectives.Aiming at the above model,a multiobjective improved NSGA-Ⅲ hybrid algorithm based on Pareto idea is proposed.we engaged the Variable Neighborhood Search(VNS)idea in the original NSGA-Ⅲ to enhance the optimization performance in the iteration of the algorithm.By comparing with four classical meta-heuristic algorithms,The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm are verified by solving examples in different disassembly sizes.In the chapter-5,our research applied the proposed model and NSGA-Ⅲ to the LCD-TV disassembly line,which obtained the final disassembly scheme.Finally,we compared the disassembly schemes which belongs to original,lean and NSGA-Ⅲ to verify the optimization effect of our study.Our research has improved the disassembly efficiency and reduced the disassembly cost by optimize the LCD-TV disassembly line of A-Company,which puts great significance for the increase of disassembly benefit of A company.Moreover,our study has a certain reference significance for other disassembly enterprises and recycling industry.
