The Chinese economy is entering a new era of a period of high-quality development,and this period of the Chinese economy is becoming the backbone of economic growth.As the cornerstone of the Chinese economy,it is the most important task to lead the transformation of the Chinese economy from speed to quality.At the same time,the digital economy is booming and becoming one of the core growth poles of the national economy.The digital economy has penetrated into every aspect of the manufacturing production process and is promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises.Therefore,clarifying the relationship between the dig and hq is the key to achieving the "double engine" to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.As a pioneer of digital economy,Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee in 2017 listed digital economy as "Project No.1" as an important initiative to promote digital Zhejiang.At the same time,a series of policies such as "Made in China 2025 Zhejiang Action Outline" were introduced to accelerate the deep integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province and promote hq.To this end,the thesis selects Zhejiang Province as the research object to explore the relationship between dig and hq in Zhejiang Province,which not only promotes the high quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province,but also provides reference and reference for other provinces in China.Based on research on the digital economy(dig)and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry(hq)at home and abroad,Firstly,this thesis builds a model of the degree of coupling and coupling coordination between subsystems within dig and hq system and between the two systems;then,a panel regression model is established to explore the linear influence of dig on hq in Zhejiang Province effect,and establish a panel threshold model with digital economy,opening level and industrial structure as threshold variables to empirically analyze the network effect of dig on hq in Zhejiang Province.Finally,based on the above analysis,relevant countermeasure suggestions are put forward.The results of the study show that,firstly,the degree of coupling and coordination between digital industry development and digital infrastructure construction and the level of scientific research on digital technology innovation within the digital economy of Zhejiang Province is poor.Secondly,there has never been a state of dissonance between dig and hq in Zhejiang Province,but the rate of integration and development is slow.Thirdly,each dimension of dig has different degrees of linear influence on hq,and the digital technology innovation and research has an obvious effect on enhancing hq,while the digital industry development and digital infrastructure construction has a hindering effect on hq;fourthly,dig and hq in Zhejiang Province show the law of "increasing positive marginal effect",and this dynamic effect is limited by trade and economic factors.Based on the above analysis,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions:firstly,take the data element as the core driving force,give full play to the digital foundation advantages of Zhejiang Province,continue to consolidate the construction of digital infrastructure in Zhejiang Province,and enhance the integration of digital industry with digital infrastructure and innovative scientific research;second,accelerate the innovation of information and communication science and technology,take the laboratory as the leader,form a strategic science and technology force system with its own characteristics,and create a manufacturing industry Finaly,to take full account of the constraints of the external environment with regard to the role of dig in hq sector,appropriately raise the introduction threshold and control the proportion of secondary industries.
