| In the early days of the founding of New China,the comprehensive study of railway education in the Soviet Union is a strategic choice made by the party and the country to comprehensively analyze and scientifically judge the specific situation at home and abroad in a new historical position.It is also the opening work of the New China railway education under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It can be said that the Soviet Union had a particularly profound impact on railway education in the early days of the founding of New China.This paper makes a brief analysis on the influence of Soviet Union from two aspects of railway school education and railway staff education.On the one hand,in the field of railway school education,according to the school structure of the Soviet railway school,the railway school of New China has carried out large-scale structural adjustment,and formed a structural form characterized by ‘ single subject ’.On the basis of structural reform,the railway school of New China took the engineering education mode of Soviet Union as the ‘ blueprint ’,carried out a series of teaching reforms,and established the railway personnel training mode with professional education as the core.On the other hand,in the field of railway workers ’ education,due to the particularity of China-Soviet railway communication,the Soviet Union ’s influence on the education of railway workers in New China also has a special manifestation.Specifically,its influence is mainly manifested in three aspects : work style education,business technology education and stylistic quality education.Overall,by absorbing and digesting the experience of the Soviet Union,the New China has eased the contradiction between railway education and national economic construction to a certain extent,adapted to the urgent needs of economic construction,realized the transfer of the advanced experience of the Soviet Union ’s railway to the New China,and laid a solid foundation for the start and development of railway education in the New China.At the same time,due to the inherent drawbacks of the Soviet model and the fact that the construction of socialist railway education in New China is still in the exploratory stage,the lack of experience leads to the improper way of learning,resulting in some wrong biases and bringing a lot of New China railway education. |
